WHAT'S AN MTV?
One year before the launch of MTV, there was, "The Rock Show." It was the first syndicated television series completely dedicated to featuring rock bands with a D.J. setting up the clips. After a 52 week run, the Australian producers decided to drop the project before it ran out of steam.
